Job Description
The role holder is responsible for receiving incoming emergency calls and contacting the appropriate personnel on the emergency call-out chart to respond. The role holder is also responsible for operating and monitoring developments on Radio / Access Control Room equipment.
· Receives all incoming emergency telephone and radio calls from personnel, employees, residents and police (in English or Arabic) and extracts relevant information concerning nature and location of incidents
· Contacts all personnel identified on the appropriate emergency call-out chart as per the established emergency procedure and provides regular updates · Prepares emergency reports, copies of which are given to the Senior Officer – Security Operations · Operates and monitors developments on Radio / Access Control Room equipment, viz. CCTV Surveillance Monitors, Access Control Terminals, etc · Makes contact with security vehicles at scene of incident by TMR Radio and arranges dispatch of any ancillary equipment required · Maintains shift log book, recording all emergency messages (includes records of vehicle movements and action taken in response to emergency situations) · Updates information on display boards, Access Control Terminals and record books · Checks and cleans communication and security system equipment in the control room and ensures that it is fully operational and in good condition · Reports defects and/or malfunction of control room equipment to Shift Supervisor – Control Room · Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement department on securing and maintaining the ISO 9002 certification · Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Facilities Management Department are in-line with Kahramaa health and safety regulations

Desired Candidate Profile
- High school certification and preferable applicable technical certification or diploma (e.g. trade certificate)
- More than 6 years of relevant experience in a similar industry and/or position
