My client is a world-class, full-conversion refinery is currently seeking to employ Operations Foreman to join their growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Lead OME (Operations, Maintenance and Engineering) team to sustain production capacity, ensure asset integrity and meet the company's business objectives.
*Supervise and lead respective Supervising Operations and Maintenance Coordinators.
*Supervise operational activities such as: pre-commissioning, start-up and shutdowns.
*Develop/review development plans to motivate, coach, develop and support respective operations employees
Qualifications and Experience:
*Secondary School Graduate or 2 year Diploma with operation skills and background.
*16 years of Refinery Operational experience including 5 years in a supervisory role as Foreman.
Must have solid experience in any one or more of the following:
SRU (Sulfur Recovery Unit) - Job ID: 101022
ARU (Amine Regeneration Unit) - Job ID: 101022
SWS (Sea Water System) - Job ID: 101022
DCU (Delayed Coker Unit) - Job ID: 103000
